God Bless America!

Thank you so much Lord for allowing us to live in this country of freedom, however fleeting it may be. Help us to not forget those that live in daily persecution for trusting in you and those that fear so much for their lives everyday. Please bless those that have served protecting our country and have lost loved ones so willing to fight for those they have not even met. We are so incredibly blessed, beyond our wildest imaginations, and please help us to always remember this.
YOU are amazing!

It's a....

Friday was the big sono day and BOY was I ever ready! :) We really wanted to find out the sex of the baby before Mother's Day so that we would have a good surprise for the Grams/Nana. Honestly, we had no idea what we were having (well, besides a sweet baby of course)! With Luke we were both certain boy was what the dr. ordered, but with this one, we both waivered. Thankfully "Peapod" had those legs spread eagle so there is no doubt Luke is going to have a sweet little brother. I'm already picturing matching Christmas outfits...is it too soon?! I am also on such a mind race to get Luke's new room finished and start this little ones nursery...the nesting might have started a little early. As far as names go, we are throwing a lot out there, but nothing has stuck so far, so that's also something we get to work on for the next few months. I'm just so thankful our sonogram was clear and baby boy is healthy and quite the mover and shaker. Time to get all of Luke's sweet baby clothes out and get them ready for his brother.
This little one doesn't leave much to the imagination...one could say he's a free spirit!
Peapod's first baby gift...I can't wait to see how sweet he is in this, so tiny!
